Refund and Exchange Policy

Welcome to our Refund and Exchange Policy. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. To ensure that you have a positive shopping experience, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee along with a size exchange program under the following conditions:

  • Orders Delayed: orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days.
  • Orders not Received: will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
  • Products Damaged: a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. A partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
  • Incorrect or Missing Products: 
    1. For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
    2. For products with wrong color, size, we offer a refund or resend if you provide everything including name, content and date.

Responsibility for the Provided Address: The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided shipping address. Please ensure that the address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Unclaimed Packages: If the buyer refuses to collect the package from the courier or from the pick-up point within the specified time, no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all creation of shipping labels unless the item was received damaged or defective. The money will be returned after receiving and inspecting the goods. 
- We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was delayed or shipping was canceled.
